- In order to establish a realistic asking price, a real estate broker can prepare a "FREE MARKET ANALYSIS" for your property. This analysis will give you an idea of what is currently for sale (YOUR CURRENT COMPETITION), as what has recently sold (SELLING PRICES FOR HOMES SIMILAR TO YOURS).
